1988 CHS prom
While many women need to have a few evening dresses to go out and attend various functions, many of them have a hard time finding a good evening dress. There are so many evening dresses and gowns available online and at the stores, that women find it very hard to pick the dress that is right for them.
We recommend picking a dress that is good for a particular occasion, and at the same time looks good on you. Here are different dresses you can purchase for the party you are going to:

After reviewing many of them, we have found that they come in both short and long, so you can get either length. We recommend that you get the length that you are comfortable with, and that is appropriate for the particular party you are going to.
Of course the holiday dresses usually come in two colors, red and green. Pick the one that is more appropriate for you. We usually recommend red dresses for women with black, brown and darker hair colors, and green dresses for women with blond, red and lighter hair colors.
- Cocktail Dresses are usually fun and flirty dresses that are appropriate to wear to a cocktail party. They come in many different colors – from white and light beige all the way to navy blue and black. Cocktail dresses are usually on the shorter side, their length is usually knee-length or even shorter.
Since cocktail dresses come in many different colors, we recommend that you pick a cocktail dress of the color that works best for you and your complexion. We usually recommend dresses in different shades of red (red, purple, pink, orange) for women with black, brown and darker hair colors, and blue and green dresses for women with blond, red and lighter hair colors.
- Ball And Evening Dresses And Gowns. These are very dressy and stylish dresses. They are usually worn to proms, stylish parties and very special events. These are usually dressy and long gowns, reserved for special occasions.
Ball and evening dresses and gowns come in a variety of colors. We recommend that you pick a dress or gown that looks good on you, and that comes in a color that looks good on you. As we noted above, we usually recommend dresses in different shades of red for women with darker hair colors, and blue and green dresses for women with lighter hair colors. Help answer the question about prom hair
Prom Hair?
Prom is coming soon, so I am thinking about hairstyles. I would either go with an up-do with curly pieces falling down or I would do some up and some down with curly pieces falling down as well. Which would you suggest? and pictures of some lovely hairstyles would be great 
ps. my hair is blonde, medium/long length, naturally wavy/curly

Lots of times they have some great hair books at the salon. If not, if your stylist is been in the business awhile I think she will understand what you want by explaining. I do, and I am not even close to a stylist.

At first I wondered if this was Colonia High School in Colonia,New Jersey where I attended and graduated from. But I didn’t recognize any girls in this video and I know most of the people from Colonia’s Class of 1988(I graduated the following year).

Why don't you try pinnig it back messily, with bobby pins. I know I said messy, but its REALLY cute, and you could definatly use it for prom, just make sure it stays put, if you're hair is thin, it'll be really easy, but think is harder, I know from experiance. I think that a bob with spiral curls will be pretty. You can also do an updo with a ponytail hairpiece. She the link below. I am thinking about the style in the middle with spiral curls, candy curls or ringlets. Try using this cheap technique to create your curls. It will work to create tight spiral curls in relaxed hair, although locs are used in the example:

wear it down and curl it
or
put extensions in it then u can do more, like the classic curly ponytail at the top, great for prom and other occasions like that

You're going to want your hair all the way up. Possibly with some pieces in front to frame your face, but certainly nothing below your chin. You want to have a distinct gap between where your hair ends and where your dress begins. A pair of dangly earrings will play up the effect even more.
